Return Eligibility

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance or final sale items

Downloadable software products

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Package the Item: Safely package the item, including all original packaging and documentation, and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item: You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds: Certain items may only be eligible for partial refunds (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to check if the item is available for exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
