2. Eligibility

2.1 By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable U.S. law.

2.2 Our services are intended solely for businesses located within the United States. Orders for shipping outside the United States are subject to separate review and approval.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All content on the United Discount Services website, including logos, images, text, design tools, and software, is the exclusive property of United Discount Services or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of the website or its content is strictly prohibited.

4. Order and Payment Terms

4.1 Ordering Process: All orders are subject to acceptance by United Discount Services. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing: Prices for products are displayed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. Any pricing errors on the website may result in order cancellation or correction of the charge.

4.3 Payment: Payment is required in full upon placing an order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize United Discount Services to charge the total order amount.

4.4 Sales Tax: All applicable state and local sales tax will be added to the purchase amount, based on the shipping address provided.

5. Customization and Proof Approval

5.1 Customization: Customers may use our online design tool or provide design files for customized products. United Discount Services is not responsible for any errors in the design submitted by customers.

5.2 Proof Approval: Prior to production, customers may receive a digital proof of their design. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the proof. United Discount Services shall not be liable for any errors overlooked by the customer in the approved proof.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Policy: United Discount Services ships only within the United States unless otherwise agreed. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control.

6.2 Risk of Loss: All purchases are shipped F.O.B. (Freight on Board). Title and risk of loss for products transfer to the customer upon United Discount Services' delivery of the product to the carrier.

6.3 Damaged Goods: Customers should inspect products upon receipt. Any claims for damaged or defective products must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

7.1 Customized Products: Due to the nature of custom orders, all sales are final, and products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged, defective, or not produced as per the approved proof.

7.2 Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

7.3 Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued within 30 if products are determined to be defective, damaged, or not made according to specifications in the approved proof.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, United Discount Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

9.1 The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless United Discount Services, its employees, affiliates, agents, and vendors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of the customer’s use of our products, any violation of these Terms, or infringement on third-party rights.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1 United Discount Services values your privacy. Our collection, use, and sharing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 United Discount Services is not liable for delays or failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, labor strikes, or transportation disruptions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and the customer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

13. Changes to Terms

13.1 United Discount Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
